Sarah Milanowski is a geriatric social worker. She has been serving older adults and their families for over 10 years. She strives to help seniors and their caregivers find solutions that reduce stress, and support independence. She is on a quest to tell as many people as she can, that older adults do not have to move out of the homes they love and into facilities to get quality care. When Sarah isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son.
