(Warning: Typos Intact, Not Legal Advice)

I am suppose to have money in a trust fund in seling ok?

How do I find out how to get money in trust fund that my dad left me for mineral rights

Answer: If you are the beneficiary of a trust, you have the right to obtain the portions of the trust agreement that directly relate to you. This does not mean you are entitled to a complete copy of the trust, only those pages or sections that pertain to your rights or responsibilities under the trust. To obtain these portions, you should request them from the trustee. If the trustee does not provide them, you may need to take legal action against the trustee, typically in probate court, which has jurisdiction over trust matters.

The fact that you have not received any portions of the trust or any accountings suggests that you may not be a beneficiary of the trust. To determine your status, consult with an experienced trust attorney who can investigate the matter and recommend appropriate courses of action.
