How do you get your son Of 56 year old and on drugs out of the house but he is always out on the street

He is always out on the street and he on drugs he doesn’t live here but comes by just to get some of things he has here and to terrible us I’m scared of him when he is on drugs he threatened us abuse telling us it’s hour fault we are well I am 68 my brother is 65 and we don’t know what to do anymore help to get him away from here.

Unfortunately, you seem to be in a similar situation. The only difference is that your ungrateful child is coming into your own home and causing you distress. In such cases, it may be wise to obtain a personal protection order to prevent your son from coming within a certain distance of you or your home.

These situations are indeed heartbreaking, as you have invested so much time, effort, love, and concern into raising your child, only to face such behavior. At 56, however, it is his responsibility to make better choices and mature. While the law can provide a measure of protection, it can do little more in these difficult circumstances.
