If you’re already caring for an aging relative or spouse, finding ways to celebrate special the holidays while dealing with health issues can be challenging, especially for those who are homebound. In this workshop you will learn how help your loved one stay active and engaged, especially during the holidays to prevent isolation. We’ll identify potential causes and warning signs of poor nutrition, recommend nutritional guidelines and provide ways to manage dietary concerns, as well as, healthy mealtime and snack tips.
