The executive sibling will get the home in the will. He wants to make update to the home while in probate. Nothing that requires immediate attention but wants the money taken “off the top” if the estate before it’s decided up. Some of the siblings are fine with him taking money out of the estate account now to pay for his updates and some are not. Since the house will remain his and the updates are optional is it legal to take money from the estate during probate when it will be deducted from the final estate amount?

My brother lives with me in my family home but he’s not mentally sane he messed with the wires in the fuse box of the house and he writes on walls that he’s Satan the list goes on and on I’m scared he will cause harm to me or my 2 kids age 7 and 19 I pay all the bills and mortgage he pays nothing or does he work I just want to see if there’s something I can do to evict him?

How do I find out how to get money in trust fund that my dad left me for mineral rights

2012 parents granted an 80 acre land parcel to sibling. Prior, all siblings told that land would be divided evenly. Legal? father inherited his father’s land 40 acres, then purchased adjoining land (40 acres). All 4 children were told by parents that land would be divided evenly among the 4 to keep the land in the family. If any of th 4 did not want an even parcel, he/she could sell to one of the siblings. In 2012, parents deeded land to 1 sibling without informing all. Information was hidden by parent and siblings until recently. We believe the sibling coerced parents into giving him all the property. Any way to reverse this by land being put into a family trust? Father is now deceased, mother is alive.

My spouse and I are both on the house deed he has left everything to me upon his death but has put it in trust for his son on m? Does my bio children have a right to my portion of property when I die or will the trust leave it to my stepson

We worked for an elderly couple cleaning and things were fine while his 2nd wife was alive. She asked me when she died to watch out for Lynn because the only time his family came around was when they wanted money. His caretaker was his daughter but she didn’t take care of him she only showed up when she needed to write herself a check her son a check her daughter and Her mother Lynn’s ex-wife. A year or 2 ago he had papers drawn up for me to be his POA over everything and was excluding all of his children from his will.

Living in motor home for 7 years . Wife is on hospice.. dying from cancer and heart failure. When she passes, I may not be able to keep up the monthly payment. Can it be repossessed? It’s not worth the $5000. Still owed it?

My stepfather has dementia and is receiving at home care and is in the late stages. My mother is his main caretaker and has many health issues. She has appointed me as her POA and my stepfather’s POA should she die before him. His biological daughter and granddaughter have stopped coming to visit and live in another state. If something happens to my mother can I refuse to be my stepfather’s POA? We do not have the means or financial ability to care for him.
