Ok aps has taken my father without notifying me so it’s called kidnapping I filed a missing person’s report. Then I was able to locate him .and then today they have discharged him n they said they can’t tell me where he is ..who are they to tell me I can’t see my father or know his where abouts?

My father promised to provide for my medical expense should I become ill from either a genetic disorder he has or unrelated all together. Specifically, he was to set up an interest-bearing annuity in my name to mature at age 60. I am not 60 — yet. Or he was to add me as a beneficiary to one of his life insurance policies. His wife asked me “how much $$ would it take for you to disappear from our lives & not contest my dad’s will when he dies — $50k? What’s your number?” He’s done neither, nor has his wife, but I want to now take her offer! Is this contract law? Is this probate law since he’s created a trust?

Got a trust document created in 2017, but contemplating moving (staying in the same state and county). Nothing else should need updating. Do I need to have a whole new trust document created, or can I just pen and ink change the addresses and have both trustees initial the changes?

My father pass away 2023 left behind a house I’m on the deed but the house has a hud loan of 75k is it possible I could come with a settlement or a forgiveness?

Father passed away and executor has not yet filed the paperwork on the property, its been 20 years, my uncle has paid the taxes on this property for ever. Can my uncle claim this property as his?

I am divorced and have 3 adult children. I want the house sold upon my death and the proceeds to go to my children.

We have 2 sons. We are making a family trust of which all accounts, life insurance and property will be split 50/50. We also have a corporate business in which only one son is a corporate officer and full time worker. The other sons works occasionally and part-time We are trying to fairly apply the business to our trust but feel its only right that the son who is with the company and an officer should inherit the company in its entirety How do we state this and how is it fair or not to the other son?

Aunt passed and left her nieces and nephews her assets but left it in all of the oldest names and my brother owes child support

The original copies were left inside the house and the city demolished the house

My father lives in NY and he had to go to a nursing home about two years ago. New York state has the five year look back rule, but my sister had lived with him for over ten years. She is his Power of Attorney and she had been taking care of him until he went into the nursing home. The nursing home is no longer getting the Medicaid payment, I am assuming because my sister had received papers that they want the house or at least payment from her. Also there is another snag, I was told my deceased mother’s name is still listed on the property. Please advise.
