Have a revocable trust with 4 siblings, trustee moved into house beneficiaries want their inheritance won t move out

How do I proceed to receive my inheritance?

Answer: The beneficiaries need to go to probate court to hold the trustee accountable for violating their fiduciary duty by failing to deliver the trust proceeds to the beneficiaries promptly and for self-dealing, such as moving into the house and taking advantage of their position. Eventually, you will need to evict the trustee once they are replaced by the probate court.

I recommend seeking the services of an attorney with experience in probate litigation and breach of fiduciary duty cases to assist with this process.
