Maintaining Your Privacy
We do not sell your personal information or disclose it to third parties to enable them to market their products or services.
We use a variety of online and offline security measures to protect your personal information, such as security software, firewalls, passwords and restricted physical access to the places where your personal information is stored.
We may use business partners to host services, to assist us in understanding the use of our site by our web visitors, and to help support and improve our website, services, products and marketing. These business partners may use the technologies and services described above while providing services to us and will use the type of information described under “Tracking, Cookies and Other Technology.” When we use business partners to help us, they typically only deal with information that is not specific or identifiable to an individual. But if they do have access to personal information that you provide us, it will be on terms consistent with this policy.
Of course, we will disclose information if we are required to do so by operation of law, such as responding to a court order or a subpoena. We will also use or disclose information where necessary to prevent abuse of our website, fraud, or otherwise to protect the rights, safety and property of others and our business.
Third Party Websites
Federal law regulates collection of the personal information of children under the age of 13. As a law firm specializing in Elder Law and Estate Planning, we do not anticipate collecting information from children. However, if you are a parent who believes that we have collected information about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at email@example.com or call us toll free at (800) 317-2812, and we will be happy to delete any information we may have about your child from our marketing records and provide any information required under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
