You do not need to provide any personal information to use our website. You can browse through any of our Resource Center areas, view David’s TV segments, listen to David’s Radio Show, read through our Blog, or go through any area on our website without providing us your personal information.

You may, however, choose to provide us personal information – for example, you can sign up for one of our free LifePlanTM workshops or fill out a “Contact Us” form. If you provide us your personal information, we will use it to respond to your request. We may also use the information you provide to contact you in the future to give you information about our services and products, community events we are participating in or sponsoring, or those that are offered by third parties that we think you may be interested in. Federal law regulates collection of the personal information of children under the age of 13. As a law firm specializing in Elder Law and Estate Planning, we do not anticipate collecting information from children.
